Hell's Dominion faction leader: Delondra Irkalla
Duration: Until replaced, by choice or by force
Governing form: Monarchy
Leniency: Not very
Masquerade violation consequences:
First time - Pain punishment - minor. Often involving a beating.
Second time - Pain punishment - severe. Holy water usually involved.
Third time - Expulsion. Usually the thumb of the right hand is chopped off as a way to mark the banishment.
Family rules:
Do not kill needlessly. If you do kill do not leave evidence.
Do not violate the masquerade.
Only kill kin if they have become a threat to the Dominion.
Attempting to overthrow the Hell's Dominion Matriarch will result in step 3 of masquerade violations. All indirect parties will face minor pain punishment.
When contracts are signed you are not to swindle. You must be clear about the terms of your contract. The easiest way to do this is by making a physical written copy, in which case the client will usually just sign without reading. You are bound to the contract as much as the client is, and to refuse to grant them their part of the contract will result in severe punishment.

Hell's Dominion court is under the Casino Royale. There are numerous secret entrances to the court throughout the casino and even through some spots outside of the building.
The passageways that lead to the court are plain and look like service tunnels. They all converge to a set of double doors. These double doors have an armored core, though the outside is thick black-stained wood with carvings depicting the souls of the living being dragged down to the abyss.
Once past the doors the theme becomes black and gold. Leather and velvet furnishings with tapestries of ancient decadent civilizations. There is a lobby immediately after the doors, always guarded. Through a second set of double doors leads to a grand main hall with checkered marble floors and the same decorations as the lobby. The architecture is clearly Gothic, with elaborate sharp arches and Romanesque columns. There are many doors here. Through said doors one can find private quarters, a lounge, bathrooms, and two ritual rooms. Up the stairs and through the larger set of doors one can find the throne room, where court meetings take place.
