Night Lupis Pack faction leader: Marisol Rios
Duration: Until new Alpha is voted in
Governing form: Pack (alpha, beta, delta, etc.) may become a council.
Leniency: Somewhat Lenient
Consequences to not listening:
Strike 1: Written and verbal warning by a beta.
Strike 2: Alpha's warning, alpha will personally speak to you, explain yourself well. If you have a good reason you may be allowed back to strike one.
Strike 3: A pack meeting will take place where you will be warned in front of everyone to stop disobeying the rules. You will be on pack probation for possible exile. be on your best behavior.
Strike 4: "Free as a Bird" You are now free of the rules that you could not obey and that held you back. All ties and relationships with other werewolves are gone. You are an outsider and will be chased from one side of town to the other, being given a 15 second head start. If you make it before being caught you will be able to walk with no bloodshed. If caught you will be beaten before being exiled. Authorities WILL be contacted.
Pack rules:
Only kill non-animals in self defense. If you do clean up and leave no trace.
Do not instigate fights with other factions.
If hunting as a wolf do so where you cannot be seen.
If you must fight another werewolf do so at the base where you will be unheard and unseen.
Do not turn humans of their or your own accord even in life threatening situations. The human must do the proper paperwork and be approved. *this rule may subject a werewolf to strike 3 depending on circumstances.
Do not go on a murderous rampage. You will be subjected immediately to strike 4.
You cannot invoke "higher ranking" and order others around. We are not the military and you do not have that authority.
You cannot just beat up a higher rank and be higher ranked because we vote in our leaders. Being stronger doesn't make you a better leader it just means you can beat the shit out of them. Kudos.
Alpha is voted in once every 4 years and Beta's once every 2 years.
NO strangers at the Villalobos.
Pack Recommendations:
These are not rules but are recommendations the pack has to help keep you safe.
Refrain from talking to vampires. They think we have cooties.
Refrain from talking to Morgan Karga the head leech (vampire) queen. She will probably death glare you or try and kill you, maybe both. The alpha is working on her being less spiteful and more tolerable we will keep you posted.
Read the contracts for deals you make and we can't help you if you sign it.
Now, as a piece of side info, this forum should be used for RP purposes regarding faction business and what-have-you. If there is something OOC you need to speak about, please make a thread that clearly specifies "OOC" in the subject line. If you have an issue with another roleplayer or the forum in general, please visit the Tech & Support section of the forums.

Villalobos (House of Wolves) Hunting Lodge:
The Villalobos is the pack "den" so to speak, it's story is a very high end hunting club with exclusive memberships by invitation only. But it is really where werewolves can go to talk and be free about themselves as it's located in a remote location in the forest to the side of the town. Here wolves are free to shift and run, hunt, and can interact in their more wolf sides. It's a great place for training and fighting with the others. The Villalobos is large with several guest rooms, the attic of the villalobos is reserved for the Alpha though the current alpha usually lives in the motels. The basement of the Villalobos is the council room where violators of pack rules, elections, and for important matters. The ground floor is a game and tv room with kitchen, restrooms, and a line of showers. Guest rooms may be used occasionally but are not live in area's and are normally reserved for newly turned werewolves. It is very much the safe place for wolves. There is a nearby lake to swim and fish in, woods for hunting in season animals, or just hanging out at the lodge to catch up or meet other members.
